ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Training) - 2 trainers, 2 full days. An interactive workshop that will give you the skills and confidence to work with individuals at risk of suicide.

SafeTALK - 1 trainer, half day. This training will make you more alert to individuals thinking about suicide and how to help.

I am also a Team Leader and coach for both ASIST and safeTALK and hold a quality assurance role for these programmes in Scotland.
